July 4th, 2015

Oh July Fourth. It's one of my favorite holidays. I love the traditions and activities we're able to do, it makes it a fun holiday for everyone.

Our family tradition for the last handful of years is to run the Centerville 5k. This year kept in line with that and we got up bright and early to run.
After the race, we headed to the Centerville parade. This was Harlow's first year where she was aware of what was going on. She wasn't so sure about the loud noises but it didn't take her long to catch on that she was supposed to chase the candy flying towards her. It was super hot and humid this year! We were all melting. Afterwards, at the park, they had a reptile exhibit and Beckett got to hold an alligator!

After the morning festivities we hung out at my parents for the day. Check out that muscle man! I'm totally saving this picture for his wedding day.

Fireworks were at Davis High. As usual it was a good time!
