We just got back from our first Sharp family vacation to Disneyland. It was awesome! Beckett has been asking to go for over a year now and we thought this was the perfect time to go. We can escape the snow here in Utah and go to Disneyland when it's a little slower.
The best thing we did was fly! We were in California by 10am and at Disneyland by lunchtime. The kids absolutely loved it (of course). It was there first time and they were mesmerized by the Disney characters they saw. We got a 3 day hopper pass and it was well worth it. We used it for the 3 days and went back and forth between Disneyland and California Adventure.
We ended up spending more time at California Adventure. It was less busy and had a lot of good rides for the kids. The kids favorite things they did were the parades (at both parks) and seeing/meeting the characters. We saw Mickey, Minnie, Pluto. Doc McStuffins. Chip & Dale, Sophia the First, Goofy, Daisy and Donald Duck, and princesses. They liked the rides as well but the characters were by far their favorite.
We spent a lot of time in the Bugs Life area riding the rides there. We also loved Radiator Springs, and the buzz lightyear rides. All in all it was awesome! No complaints!
Other than Disneyland, we also spent one day at Huntington Beach. It was 65 degrees and not crowded. We had an awesome day playing in the sand, riding bikes along the shore, and eating good food! It was Harlow's first time at the beach. She LOVED the sand from her first step. She wasn't such a big fan of the ocean though. Too loud and cold!

Odd's and Ends
Before I finish my 2015 posts I have a few odds and ends to fit in:)
Before Christmas we went to the Grand America to see their Christmas windows. The kids had a great time and its an easy and fun activity to do to get out of the house!
Also, our Petersen family in California came in town after Christmas. We had a little party with them. You can't have too many Christmas parties in my book!

GOODBYE 2015! WELCOME 2016!
Orangeville
We headed to Orangeville likes we usually do a few days after Christmas. The first night we were there we opened presents. Harlow was in LOVE with her mini mouse kitchen!
The next day was Josh's 31st birthday. We celebrated with his delicious pancakes for breakfast. We played around that day and then had everyone over for dinner that night. Cannon's birthday is the same day so we got to celebrate both.
On New Years Eve we went up Huntington Canyon to go sledding. It was a little rough for Beckett and Harlow so we didn't stay too long. That night we had a New Years Eve dinner, played games and went to bed :)
